I will not start the commission until I receive the first half of the payment

In case you wish to cancel the commission before I start it, you will receive a full refund

If the commission is already started you will not receive any refund

If contact is lost with the client (1 month time with no response from their part), there will be no refund and I will not continue with the commission

As the artist, I retain the rights to the created artwork. Which means I can: ⋆ include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/webs, commission sheets, etc. ; ⋆ reproduce for merchandise only in the case of fanart (sonas not included) ; ⋆ modify, edit or repurpose the commissioned piece ; ⋆ claim the artwork as my own. The commissioner or other parties CANNOT do any of the above

Additionally, the commissioner or any other parties DO NOT have the right to mint or sell the artwork for NFT or blockchain related purposes

Commissions cannot be included in datasets for AI training or used in anything AI-related

When posting or sharing the commission, you MUST always credit the artist properly

There will be one major revision for the sketch phase and one minor colour revision. Any changes outside of this two revisions will come with additional charge. Please consider this when participating in both revisions

You will receive several wip images of your commission throughout the process

My standard commission deadline is 2 months per commission. However factors like load of work, time spent on revisions or complexity of the commission itself can further the deadline time. You will be notified in advance if there are deadline changes
